Having created a picture of the balance in your life the next step is to explore a little further to find out why you gave each area of your life the score you did. This will help you identify which areas you need to concentrate on first. Taking the 1 at the centre of the wheel as totally dissatisfied and the 10 at the outer edge as totally satisfied mark your current level of satisfaction for each area of your life with a cross on the appropriate number. If you rank a spoke in your wheel as a 10, you are completely satisfied and fulfilled in that area of your life. Now, think about your level of satisfaction with each area of your life. Then starting right at the edge of your axle and working to the rim, put little notches on the spokes from 1 to 10. I encourage you to customize the spoke-labels for the various life areas to fit your "who."ĭo you have it drawn? Okay, imagine your "who" as the axle of the wheel.
